(We are not a bartending services company.)Market Research ServicesConsumer Immersions (Our unique methodology) - Consumer Immersions are 2‑hour, live, social sessions where your team meets ~20 real consumers at once, tailored to your specific learning objectives. They deliver more candid, high‑density insights, faster team alignment, and greater efficiency than traditional focus groups. Benefits of Immersions:Engage with 20 consumers per session (instead of only 6-8)More honest, in‑the‑moment feedback in a relaxed, social settingYour stakeholders hear consumers directly, building shared understanding fastHigher insight density and more consumers per session, often at lower cost than FGsFocus Groups - With 700+ sessions conducted - our expert facilitation of group discussions reveal honest reactions to concepts, ads, packaging, or product ideas. We identify, profile, and prioritize segments, then recommend tailored strategies for messaging, product, and go-to-market plans to focus resources where they matter most.Ethnography - Observation of consumers in real-life settings (homes, stores, workplaces, restaurants, etc.) to see what they actually do, not just what they say. We capture routines, pain points, and workarounds, then translate findings into narratives, journey maps, and innovation opportunities.Shop-alongs - One-on-one research where a moderator accompanies a shopper in-store or online, asking questions in real time. We observe decision drivers, reactions to packaging, pricing, and promotions, and report insights on category navigation, switching, and purchase behavior.Consumer Surveys- Structured questionnaires to quantify attitudes, preferences, and behaviors across your target market. We handle survey design, sampling, fieldwork, and analysis, delivering clean data, dashboards, and an executive summary of key findings and segment differences.UX testing - Evaluation of websites, apps, or software with real users completing key tasks. We design scenarios, moderate tests, and analyze friction points, delivering prioritized recommendations to improve usability, conversion, satisfaction, and retention.Brand Strategy ServicesBrand Development - Shaping of your brand’s identity, narrative, and long-term architecture. We clarify purpose, values, personality, and expression, then deliver brand strategy, messaging frameworks, and guidelines to ensure consistency across every touchpoint.Brand Positioning - Definition of how your brand should be perceived, who it serves, and why it’s uniquely valuable. We combine research and competitive analysis to craft a positioning statement, value proposition, and messaging framework that guides marketing, product, and sales.Marketing Mix Planning - Alignment of product, price, place, and promotion around a coherent growth strategy. We translate market and customer insights into a tactical plan with scenarios, budget implications, and a roadmap so teams make coordinated, strategic decisions.Competitive Intelligence - Systematic tracking and analysis of competitors’ moves, strengths, and weaknesses. We profile rivals, map positioning, and monitor changes, then highlight where you can differentiate, where you’re vulnerable, and how to anticipate competitive reactions.
Consumer Immersions (CIs) are dramatically different than traditional focus groups. No one way mirrors - no sterile facility environment. CIs leverage traditional FG techniques and guidelines and are facilitated by our professional moderators - but CI sessions are held in relaxed and informal environments, such as bars or restaurants, where participants feel more comfortable sharing honest insights. Instead of only 6-8 respondents in traditional FGs - CIs engage up to 20 consumer respondents, and 6-8 client representatives per session. This approach fosters deeper and more actionable consumer understanding compared to the structured setting of traditional focus groups.
